Everyone loves the Aathma Raama Song by Brotha V whether chilling or by devotion. Especially the Aathma Raama chorus is fantastic and leaves one ecstatic. I looked up some edits which extract the chorus part only, but they all have a jarring break. Hence I decided to make my own. There are 2 chorus, the first part, and the second part where Vighnesh-ji adds his rap stingers as well. I repeat this combination 11 times, because, well why not. 🙏

The composition of this song is so rich that it wasn't easy at all to seamlessly bridge the extracted chorus, I had to go at the sample level to avoid any abrupt cuts or gains. Once I put this together I kept listening to it for months and felt it's decent.

And it was matter of just posting it, but then I started thinking just this audio and a static image of Rama wont do justice to this. It has to go with something surreal given the ethereal feeling this chant gives. Hence I decided to go with shadertoy visuals where shader artist post magic.

Hence I got Ayodhya Ram Mandir's Baal Raama photo in the foreground, recorded a few shadertoy visuals and put them in the background (all shader artist's attribution is baked in the video, check out their work!). I created some highlight and shadow layers from Rama's photo to integrate it better with the background visuals. One visual per chorus set is used, to visually compartmentalize each set, give a good transition, and add variety in visual ambient atmosphere.

Note that I intentionally worked on the YouTube downloaded audio, which means it is 128 kbps only. Please buy the original song on relevant platforms to listen to it in its fully glory.

Hope you ennoyed it, was a fun short experimental upload for me. I keep tuning to it from time to time, and most probably all the views are mine 😂. I often make such crossover dharmic projects, follow me on X to find out more, thanks.
